I am online and am having trouble with my order. Can you help? Yes. If you received an error message that was in red and said "declined" then the trouble is with your credit card company. They have declined the transaction and we would ask you to contact them for help or try using another credit card. If you have been to our site before and started to enter your information, you may need to sign on as a returning customer. Lastly, others have trouble if they enter a P.O. address. We can not ship to P.O. addresses. If these options do not work please feel free to call us (952.846.4484) or email us at info@rmcproject.com.
Why do you require a password? The password is created by you and protects your credit card information, allows you to place additional orders later without reentering your information, and allows you to track your order online.
What do I do if I cannot determine what products to purchase or if I have questions about the products? First visit www.rmcproject.com.80% of customers' questions can be answered by that site. You may also contact RMC directly at info@rmcproject.com. Emails are responded to within 2 business days. If you need to talk to a live person, please call RMC at 952.846.4484.
Are the materials updated to reflect the latest exams? ABSOLUTELY! RMC is the only company that issues addenda to their materials to keep them up to date.
When are products shipped?

We process orders from 9 am to 5 pm Central Time Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. All orders for delivery in the USA placed before 11am (CT) will be processed that day. If your order is placed after 11 am, please allow 24 hours for processing not including weekends and US holidays. In addition to standard US holidays, RMC does not ship on the Friday after Thanksgiving.

Foreign orders will be shipped within 48 hours Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.

Can you ship to my country? RMC ships to most locations around the world. Orders with the billing or shipping countries of “Nigeria” or "Iran" will be cancelled or rejected.
Are there extra charges for non-USA orders? We add no extra charges, but you should be aware that some countries charge a customs fee and duty on shipments from the USA. Ask the customs officials in your country for more information.
When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped.
Is ordering online safe? Yes, we have not experienced even one problem in over 4 years.
What is your privacy policy? RMC will collect your information for use in shipping, record keeping, and for keeping you informed. RMC never sells or gives away private information.
