To increase or decrease the number of items you wish to purchase, simply enter a new quantity and click the "Update Quantities" button near the bottom of the list. Your transaction total and shipping amounts will be updated accordingly. To remove an item from your cart, change the quantity to 0 (zero) and follow the same process.
PDU e-Learning Courses that are Part of a Customized Bundle (products that start with BDLONLINE_ in the Item# column above) cannot be modified in terms of quantity. Changing the quantities of these items will result in having to rebuild your customized PDU bundle from scratch.

Shipments to Canada
All shipments to Canada are subject to GST, import and brokerage fees which are due upon delivery and require the recipient/payer to be present for delivery. If you are not able to be present at the time of delivery you may contact your local DHL office for additional payment options for your order.

International Shipping (Delivery Outside of the United States, including Canada)
ALERT: Customs fees and duties are borne by the customer. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. You may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, and brokerage fees which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local DHL brokerage office to get an estimate of the customs fees and duties that will be charged. RMC will not refund shipping charges on refused shipments. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Additionally, when ordering from RMCProject.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order's contents by product type. Note that orders with the billing or shipping countries of "Nigeria" or "Iran" will be cancelled or rejected.

We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Shipping Method Availability
Not all shipping methods are available to all areas. You will be notified by phone or email if your shipping method is not available and must be changed.
Shipping times are counted as business days and do not include holidays or weekends. Shipping days for most methods are approximate and not guaranteed by the shipping companies. We highly recommend that if you need an item by a specific date that you choose an expedited method.
Standard US & International - Shipping is approximately 5-7 business days.
2nd Day Air (USA ONLY) - Do not count the order day as day 1 of shipping.
Next Business Day (USA ONLY) - We must receive your order by 11 am C.S.T on any business day to process the order and ship to arrive the next business day.
